About Madeleine
I am a yoga instructor and body worker with extensive training in yoga, body mechanics and movement.
I truly love what i do and get excited to share the practice of yoga with my clients. I mix powerful flows with deeper, assisted stretches and massage work when needed.
I love every part of what I do! I love sharing the practice of yoga and see my clients progress to become stronger and healthier!
I always loved movement. I grew up doing gymnastics and later got into yoga meditation and pilates

We get together and go over your goals and what you are looking for. Then we create a plan of how, when and how often we should meet and what you should do in between to maximize the results of our time together
