Certified yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga since I was 9 years old, I have been teaching it since the late 90's.
It's healing, people feel great after the class. It's a great way to release stress, get in shape, rejuvenate, and feel calm and energetic.
I started teaching in the late 90's, after a few years of practicing assiduously with Bryan Kest.
I have done a yoga teachers training by Bryan Kest, Power Yoga Santa Monica; with whom I have been studying yoga for many years. I started practicing yoga when I was 9 years old, my father taught me.

I tell the students to listen to their bodies, and if anything feels painful or strenuous, to stop. Always pay attention to their breathing. And there is nothing that worths disturbing their peace of mind.
I have taught kids 8 to 12 years old. One of my latest students was a lady in her late 60's with plates on her knees. I have taught athletes, yoga practiconers, a man with a disc hernia. I've taught all types of people.
Make sure they have a lot of experience.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Anything that they can think is important. Any surgery they recently had, any injuries or anything they want to know about yoga.

Natalia is good at what she does. I had never taken yoga before but ahe recognized my weaknesses (and strengths), and encouraged me to just try my best. Very supportive!!. I felt good about the class and knew I would try again.
Natalia was patient in guiding me through through the poses. She made sure I did my best with gentle corrections. After a session I noticed that my sciatic pain was greatly diminished and I had a good night sleep . It was the best I felt in the whole winter.
