About Stephanie

I am a genuine and passionate health & wellness professional with my guests needs in mind first. I have been doing yoga for over 15 years, certified for 4 years. I have been practicing nutrition for 10 years, helping family and friends to achieve their goals. Your health and fitness needs are my number one priority. We are here to learn and grown together. Istarted teaching because I myself wanted to grow and learn. Once I got the hang of it I realized I wanted to share my love with the world.

About the lesson

I like to get to know each of my clients individually. I’m a strong believer that everyone has different needs and wants and it can’t be put into one algorithm. I work with you to find out what you need and then we come up with a plan together to achieve goals.
