About Anastasia

Whether you are looking for:

- achieving relaxation and better sleep,

- increasing energy and achieving brighter moods,

- better managing with stress,

Yoga classes are right for you! We will set up intentions, and work towards them by benefiting the body, mind, and spirit during the Yoga classes.

Yoga is life! And it helps everyone be healthy and happy! I am glad that through yoga I help others.

I am a certified Yoga Teacher. I successfully completed 200-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance. I have been practicing yoga for over a decade. I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2019.

About the lesson

We start our class with understanding intentions of a student. What is the main goal of a student to take a yoga class? That will help us shape the program and see positive results in the future.

Anastasia is so friendly and her soothing voice along would be enough to help you relax. At the same time she makes you work hard. Highly recommend! :)
