She has developed a keen psychic awareness and compassion to mentor and guide others along their life + spiritual journey back into wholeness, back into LOVE. I have a passion for all things whole-listic health + wellness and can serve as your guide to all around improved health for your mind, body, and spirit.
I've been studying yoga for the past 10 years and teaching for 5. I am a certified 200hr hatha yoga instructor with qualifications to teach advanced hot yoga, tribal twerk yoga, kids yoga, yoga for chronic pain, and yoga for Trauma. I teach private lessons and also group classes.
I am a certified health coach and offer monthly coaching packages that include detox protocol, supplements, recipes, and personalized health + spiritual wellness routines personalized to your needs.
As an intutive empath, I have spiritual abilities to understand energy as I offer Reiki Healings with Crystals and Chakra Clearings. I guide clients through guided meditations and provide a peaceful deep restorative energy healing that will clear chakras and recharge your channel and connection to Source Energy.
Because of my connection to the realms of the Unseen, I also conduct tarot, numerology, and astrology readings that provide deep healing and great inspiration towards any of your relationship, career, health, family, and spiritual questions.

When working with a new student, I take the time to conduct a health history which I have on hand at all time to discuss any physical, mental, emotional components I need to consider before conducting a session. I am very adament about considering the whole person - mind, body, and spirit before conducting any yoga sessions, health coaching, reiki healings, and tarot readings. These insights will assist me in guiding you to optimal healing.
