About Kimberly
At New Life we have a class that is perfect for you. Our studio offers a variety of classes and instructors for the beginner yogi to the more experienced practitioner including gentle and vigorous styles. Our owner has been teaching yoga since 2002 and has a heart to give the gift of a yoga journey to you. Our intention at New Life is to support you on every aspect of your yoga journey, both mentally and physically. Our beautiful space instills peace and calmness into your day.
All instructors at New Life have a minimum of 200 hours of training and are certified by the Yoga Alliance Standards as a RYT200. The owner has over 16 years of yoga teacher experience and just over 30 years of fitness instruction experience.

First we find out the level of experience and recent activity of the student as well as any physical considerations and the personal goals of why they want to take yoga.
New students are encouraged to take advantage of our New Student Special which gives them 3 weeks of unlimited yoga for $30. This allows them to try many different classes and teachers without a large cost commitment. We offer guidance on which classes to try based on experience and goals.
Following the completion of the 3 weeks, we offer further guidance to help the student decide the best option to continue should they wish to do so: membership or class passes. We are here to support all the way!
