About Amy

I have been instructing yoga since 2014. I teach various forms of yoga, from gentle flow to intense hot yoga. I am also certified in Y12 SR which enables me to work with recovering addicts through a twelve step program that integrates yoga into it. I'm very passionate about what I do. After suffering a back injury from a terrible car accident, I found yoga to be the only physical activity that I could still do. It healed my body. That led to me travelling twice to Tulum, Mexico to obtain my yoga certifications through Amazing Yoga... which changed my life. My goal is to help others find strength, flexibility, and over wellness.

I love seeing people recover from pain and relax into a different body and mind set.

About the lesson

Yoga lessons offered by Amy are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Maryville. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
