About Liana
I am very compassionate and detailed with my students. You will get my full focus for the hour and I have a good sense of humor as well as I will motivate you!
I love seeing the client happier after our workout and the effects the exercise has on the well-being of the client. I also enjoy having the client learn new movements and build their strength and flexibility, depending their needs.
By practicing for many years first, I always knew I wanted to teach eventually though. First I wanted to absorb as much knowledge as I possibly could.

Finding out about their needs first and their goals, I work with you either in person or online, whatever you prefer.
All types and ages 5 through in the 90s. I have worked with disabled individuals. There is some movement for everybody!
To always listen to your body, nobody knows it better than you! If you are ever experiencing pain, please back off!
I enjoyed teaching at the Faena Forum a few years ago at a Fitness Convention. The first day was for people in the fitness industry and I got to meet and take classes of celebrity trainers both Harley Pasternak and Gunnar Peterson, they were awesome.
