About Jackie
Hi l'm Jackie! I am a 400-hr certified yoga teacher and I am here to guide you into expansion in your body and mind, on and off the mat. My goal is help you cultivate a deeper sense of awareness of your body and mind. By tuning into your body, we are able to listen to the most subtle signs it is telling us and guide ourselves into alignment. What we learn on the mat extends far off the mat as well. I'm here to teach and guide your body and mind into expansion. I integrate the yogic principles and philosophy mainly through the asana (posture) limb of yoga. Within this space, I help you cultivate body awareness and expansion. For as you expand your body, you also expand your mind.
