About Amber
I've had a passion for teaching for as long as I remember, along with a passion for health and fitness.
I began teaching PE at my kids school when they started, and when they started karate I began teaching at the dojo, and when we began homeschooling I started to turn my focus to incorporate health and fitness as well as martial arts.
I have a passion for getting people active and healthy.
