About Pia
Yoga teacher for over 4 years. Certified by Rodney and Colleen Yee. Thai Yoga Massage Specialist. Incorporates self massage technique during classes and anatomy focused. Hands on guidance. Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner. Incorporates healing into sessions as well as any spiritual awareness to better help my students improve the connection they have with themselves.

I've worked with students between ages of 7 and 75 years old. Scoliosis, anxiety, depression recovering from injury and surgery.
Be sure to know what is it you want to attain from Yoga. If it's spiritual meditation I'm for you. If it's purely physical for cardio purposes. I'm not for you. Physical gains are inevitable but one should consider very deeply whats the mental and emotional state of the body that will have a huge impact of how you progress along the yiga journey.
Teaching a client/student how to walk again after 2 months. Trying to recover from toe fractures. Helping her speed up the recovery and healing process.
