About Samantha

I own and run MillbrookYoga LLC in Millbrook, NY.

My love of yoga and helping others through this practice is my inspiration in life. Meeting people where they are in their lives. The studio is filled with amazing teachers for group classes. I teach many different levels as well as private classes.

To guide people who are struggling either with finding inspiration in their lives or suffering from health, self judgment is a part of what I do. I teach from my own personal experiences and then bring that to my students.

Learning to take care of myself learning to love myself has been such a huge part of my journey.

Through my personal practice of yoga; breathing, meditation, movement, I have been able to connect to myself and my place on this earth. I have learned that I am important, good, whole and loved. This is through this incredible practice of yoga.
