About Regina
I cater my classes to what the students need.
My cup is filled when I see my students progress and see improvement with their movement through consistency. I offer them the possibility of being pain free through movement.
I always wanted to teach and have been practicing yoga since 2000. When I moved to Salt Lake City, I had the opportunity and have been teaching since 2017.
I am 200-hr RYT certified.

Meet and discuss their needs, their concerns, ailments that I need to be aware of. I hold a class and if our vibe/energy matches and both parties has the option to move forward to future classes.
I work with all ages with different levels. I also offer yoga to the community to give access to those who cannot go to yoga studios.
