About Kirsten
Fun. Real. Kind.
I have been teaching yoga for 2 years in Minneapolis. Teaching a variety of different styles to all walks of life, I am very good at creating personalized and appropriate classes for all students.
Leading with my heart, I teache challenging and compelling classes that are well rounded, meaningful and fun. I believe that yoga is a raw, honest and courageous way of fully integrating yourself; an empowering catalyst for reaching your fullest potential.
Whether you are new to yoga, or an old pro looking for more tips and tricks, I will have something special for you.
