About Enterprise

A personal connection with extensive background experience that is offered nowhere else in our area. We hired traders who truly have a heart for what they do and care about people. These are characteristics you cannot teach and we think that's very important. We have a nutritionist on staff that integrates extremely personalized eating plans with our workout prescriptions.

It's all about making people's lives better. Over the 36 years that we had been in our area we have helped people lose thousands of pounds and changed thousands of lives. We love doing that.

Have a Masters degree in nutrition and a bachelor of science in physical education and nutrition. I have 36 years of personal and practical experience with members. When I was younger I was a bodybuilder having placed fifth in Mr. America as well as six in the Mr. universe contest. I also have extensive background in powerlifting having one must state in two different weight classes.

You must get a personal physical history. You have to know what you're working with. If you know someone you can better determine how to deal with them both physically and psychologically. You need is a know someone's likes, their dislikes, past history of efforts to get in shape and what has succeeded for them and not succeeded for them in the past.



All ages, men and women. Anybody from 10 years old to 90 years old with any physical needs.



Please get to know them first. You have to know that they have your interests in mind and not just the next client that walks in the door. This is incredibly important as this person is someone that you look to to change your life.
