About Bethany
I am a certified Naam Yoga Therapist, Life Coach for Women, Circle Facilitator, Peace Process and IMM energetic healer. I also specialize in Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga (certified by Gurmukh) and The Kabbalah of Birth and Beyond.
I have taught private clients for 8 years in Nashville and NYC. Privates are taught in your home or our studio in Midtown.
Classes not only focus on your physical health and vitality, but on underlying emotional and spiritual blocks and/or wounds. Classes are beginner friendly and accessible to ALL!
