About Chyenne
I am passionate about pursuing and maintaining the health of the whole being, not just the bits and pieces. I believe that your thought patterns, diet, sleep schedule, what you surround yourself with etc all have a huge impact on your well-being. Living a yogic lifestyle has helped me break out of certain habits that were hurting me or holding me back and it also keeps my body in shape without putting unnecessary strain on the injuries I incurred during my active duty military days.
I am a RYT 200 trained in LifePower yoga which was delivered by Jonny Kest and is an ancient practice rooted in India and accessible to any and everyone.
Whether my students have been practicing for decades or are beginners, we will find that edge both physically and spiritually.
Looking forward to meeting you!
