About Alexandra
It is my mission to provide you with the knowledge and insight to build a a consistent yoga practice. Come to love your body down to your bones, finding what feels right for your unique body and mind.
Allow me to guide you along your path to self discovery through learning the roots of yoga. Whether you are in need of a grounding morning meditation, a sweaty yoga flow, a gentle stretch, or vegan smoothie recipe I've got you covered!
I love introducing people to principle and core values of yoga so that they too can receive all of the practice's benefits.
I have my 200hr certification from Brett Larkin's YTT program.
In addition, I am also registered with Yoga Alliance.
