About Elissa
I am a forever student myself meaning I practice what I preach. I had the opportunity to apprentice with my teacher, Alan Finger for 3 yrs. He is a master and has more than 50 yrs of experience.
I'm always learning and very knowledgeable about not only the yoga poses and sequences but also meditation, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda.
