About Haza
My name is Haza Schneider. I offer Zoom and Skype yoga classes for individuals who are interested to learn yoga from the foundations; beginners/intermediate level. Live online classes are held private one on one session to assist you with the correct alignment and proper guidance. I teach yoga 24/7, yes that's right! Please message to confirm availability. Classes will begin with breathing exercise, head to toe warm up, sun salutations, flow of the day and followed by savasana or child's pose in the end.
Let me know how you would like the class to be tailored to best meet your health goals.
Mantra chanting and yoga philosophy can also be arranged if any students are interested to learn about it. Just ask!
