About Ioanna
First off I have always loved all people in general all types of people all ages.
I try to help as much as i can I guide I listen but most of all I do not judge!
We all have stories some deep rooted and some not, and I believe our stories define us and eventually show us who we are or at least they try too. Sometimes we have blocks that we need to open a little Inspiration to evolve and make a new storyline is what I do best:)
I have always thought myself to be Inspirational to my friends co workers and family. I love helping people to try and work through things and push forward so whatever you seek you shall find with hard work and dedication thats a Life coach that will listen and be present! :)
I wanted to give back especially to our kids and young adults. They are our future!
I trained in an Ashram for my 200 hour yoga certificate and i did my coaching training online for 6 months in which I earned my degree for Coaching. I have been helping people since 2017 in Yoga and 2020 in Coaching.

An initial one hour or half hour consultation first meeting is essential. We need to see if we are a good fit for each other i believe this is crucial.
I have worked with all ages from 6 years old to 60 years old
Take your time make sure you are comfortable with the coach,Not everyone fits together.

One session is typically not enough but i go with what is needed by the individual. There is no set price except for initial consultation of $75.00. For Up to one hour.
