About Jason

I'm currently taking on new private students to whom I can travel in Manhattan or Bronx Riverdale area. I do have a couple clients who come to my apt in upper Manhattan but there are some time constraints with sessions in my home. I've been practicing Yoga for 20 plus years and teaching competently for over 5. I treach group classes at very popular Yoga studios in NYC and I have room for a few more private students. Both emotional and phisical stress and depletion brought me to my first class 20 plus years ago and Yoga quickly became a daily part of my phisical and mental health regime. I enjoy meeting my students where THEY are, working with perceived or actual limitations and coaxing a new physical and mental balance and strength. I have clients from the entire spectrum of age and phisical fitness. I teach everything from chair yoga for elderly or those with phisical challenges, to a vigorous Flow practice including meditation and breath work. I believe in the integration of breath and relaxation to the phisical practice. I want you to get know yourself a little more deeply with each session. Yoga is for EVERYONE with curiosity for inner and outer balance, stamina and peace.

I love meeting and working with a variety of Yoga practitioner. What keeps me coming back is the relief and healing I see happening for my clients. I'm always reminded through the journeys of my clients, the profound power the resides in a regular Yoga practice.

Yoga lessons offered by Jason are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in New York. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
