About Lillian
I have been doing yoga for over 30 years, and am well aware how the practice changes my physical and mental state, and how my physical and mental state affects my practice. I use this knowledge to inform my teaching.
I love being able to transfer the knowledge I have gained over the years to my students. I also live learning from them -- you never stop discovering !
I have completed a 200 hr RYT program and am working toward another 300 hr certification.
