About Nisi

Hi!

I love teaching 1:1 or small group sessions so I can tailor the session to you, so you can have the best yoga experience.

Types of classes I teach:

~Private sessions in the comfort of your own space (home, work, gym) *NYC

~Lead group classes for any special event *NYC

~Online sessions (for these I only teach private 1:1 sessions)

I have a 200 hour certification from Drishti Beats; I am trained in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. I am currently enrolled in a 300 hour training from Drishti Beats.

About the lesson

Once we connect, we discuss your needs and goals to make sure we are a good fit. I will let you know what to expect and what you will need for your first session.

I have worked with students with various conditions and injuries; I've worked with beginners and those with different levels of yoga and athletic ability.
