About Patricia

Hello. I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and received my certification from The School of Sacred Arts in 2014. I have taught privately individuals and small groups of all ages in both miami and NYC. My goal is to make yoga more common and to introduce a constant practice for you to follow. Following the breath and quieting the mind can allow so many benefits in this wild city and beautiful world.

I enjoy bringing a sense of peace to others. Everyone has different goals and when I can be a part of someone achieving their goal it brings me great joy. Offerring the tools for people to reach their highest potential makes me feel good.

About the lesson

I will go over their goals for beginning lessons, and assess if there are any injuries or areas we could focus on. The first session will be more of a meet and greet and some light movement to make sure we are on the same page.
