About Rosella
As woman and mother of two, I undertsand your struggles, your moods and your goals.
As Yogini, dancer and trainer I have many tools to improve your flexibility, fitness and overall wellbeing.
I specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga, Reiki and Fitness.
I strongly believe that when we move we improve our overall health as well as life in general.
I love to improve people's life through movement.
I am a trained dancer as well as RYT 200 and fitness professional.
I am also Reiki master and I can offer healing sessions at the end of our practice providing a very rounded healing experience to my students.
