About Samantha
I approach yoga with a positive, energetic view. I want each client to feel successful in their own practice.
I love teaching and I love yoga! If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life!
I have been practicing Yoga for 6 years and deepend my practice by getting my teaching certificate. I have taught acting/ dance classes before and I wanted to teach something else I was incredibly passionate about.

First I would have a consultation to see what their needs are so I can tailor to a clients specific wants/ needs.
Then I would build a class or private session or series of classes/ private sessions to work on those needs as well as help implement discipline in a yoga practice.
There would be a lot of demonstrating to ensure safety in postures, and an open dialogue to make sure there is an understanding of both the practice and each other.
Children, Adults, Injury, Seniors, Dancers, Performers.
Look for a teacher you connect with, someone with whom you "speak the same langauge" and get their way of teaching, that way you get to enjoy your practice and get the most out of your session/ class as possible. Your focus will be there with connection and trust.
