About Yogacharya
Kriya Yoga is a beautiful meditation technique.
I provide personal one to one instructions and guidance to establish a good foundation for personal practice. (update: Skype and Facebook Live lessons are now available)
Two different levels of instructions are offered:
1. Easy Kriya meditation techniques for quick simple anytime practice. Helpful for people with busy schedule.
2. Advance Kriya Yoga techniques for serious yogi's who want to learn this ancient science of meditation from India.
Yogacharya Don Baba has been practicing Kriya Yoga for over 35 years and has learned these techniques from highly respected teachers from India in the tradition of Kriya Yoga.
