About Nina
My Trinity Fitness is based off of the trinity of mind, body and spirit fitness and wellness. I specialize in creating a program to fit your needs to creating a well rounded healthy lifestyle inside and out.
I have always been a mover, and a natural horn teacher so I have always enjoyed leading a group and individual to meeting their goals.
I started personal training in 2011, and that led me to continue my education to teach multiple modes of movement

Yoga alliance 200 hour RYT
Pilates mat and reformer by Balanced Body
CPR/AED
Barre certification
TRX certification
Bachelors of art in Dance, minor in human Biology
