Shanti Heart is a safe and sacred space for you to explore healing, ease and strength with a stable foundation to skillfully awaken your body and mind into a Peaceful experience. We provide our students with the spiritual Art of Yoga as an integrative, holistic and transformational practice. Anyone and any Body is ready to enjoy this amazing practice. We will support you from where you are to the deepest felt sense of Self. Remember your wholeness.
We do an assessment and guide you and educate to support your goals and desires. Breathing techniques are an essential part of our teaching and guidance.
I am 500 hr yoga & meditation teacher registered with Yoga Alliance.
I am a registered yoga therapist with IAYT
i am an Ayurveda consultant ( Holistic medicine from India)
I am a Holistic & Spiritual Life Coach & Intuitive Energy Healer. I have been dedicated to the path if Wellness for over 18 years.

We do a Wellness assessment and kindly and lovingly educate you and guide you from where you are to where and how you desire to experience your life journey.
My client and students age range from 11 year old to elderly women and man. This work and practice doesn't have any age limitation.
A 69 year old beautiful woman suffering from anxiety. She had to stop driving, couldn't sleep and moved out of her place to a friend's house looking for support. We have been working for 2 weeks, she is driving, sleeping better and feeling confidence that she can manage and Self regulate to stay and feel at ease and joyful🙏🏻💜

Perfect! I was a beginner at yoga and at Shanti Heart I felt very comfortable from the beginning. She is very experienced and is a great listener. She is also great at pinpointing details and altering a client’s yoga positions in a way that’s not forced. I’d recommend her to anyone.
