About Aaron

I love teaching and watching my students transform into there highest self. The greatest reward and fullfillment is witnessing a person become something bigger themselves and step into there purpose.

I don't just want to teach. I want to impact lives and make this world a better place. I use martial arts, fitness, and nutrition as a vehicle to inspire, coach, mentor, and transform people into the best version of themselves.

My main goal for any student or client I have is serve them by helping them become a person they never imaged they could be. To have impact in people's lives on a massive scale.

I started teaching when I was 16 years old. I'm 37 years old now. I wanted to start teaching because I couldn't compete anymore and wanted to continue to learn more. There are so many times that when I'm teaching I still continue to learn and grow.

I have been in martial arts since I was 8 years old. I am now 37 years old. I have studied under multiple different senseis, instructors, and styles.

I have studied multiple different types of martial arts such as:

Taekwondo

Shotokan

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Muay Thai

Judo

Aikido

Tai Chi

Self Defense

Karate

Kick boxing

Boxing

Mixed Martial Arts

Meditation- Various Different Types

Reiki or Energy Work (Energy Chakra)

I also provide mentoring and life coaching programs in multiple different specialties and niches such as:

My goal isn't just to teach. My goal is to change people's lives for the better and make the community a better place. If you don't succeed then I don't succeed.

About the lesson

I first start with a free 60 minute evaluation. The reason for the evaluation is to determine where you are at with flexibility, strength, discipline, and what kind of learning styles you learn best at.

Then ask after the evaluation I run through a series of excercise that enables me to dig deep to discover the following:

Why do you want me to teach you....... (7 Levels Deep)

Where are you in your life (Taking Inventory)

Where do you see yourself in the next 12 months (12 Month Vision)

Then at the end of the evaluation I'll determine whether or not I can teach, coach, or mentor you. That will also indicate to me on what program or steps I need to take to teach you.

I have worked various different kinds of students. I have worked with the following kinds of students:

Down syndrome kids

Victims of physical abuse and trauma

Mentally challenged kids/adults

The pricing that I use is based on a case by case basis but I will say that I guarantee I will beat, match, or provide more value than anyone you find and I guarantee it. I'm so confident about that because If I can't I will give you one FREE month.

My pricing range anywhere from 25 to 100 dollars per private lesson and anywhere from 100-1,000 dollars a month per coaching program.
