My online sessions combine gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help reduce stress, improve mobility, build strength, and make self-care a sustainable part of your everyday routine.

First: I typically schedule a phone call to discuss the needs and desired outcome of the potential student. A discovery call of sorts to see if we're a good fit for each other.

She taught me the correct ways of stretching my body! Due to me having a baby I've gained a horrible posture so I needed help with mainly my back & she gave me good explanation on the poses, explaining what the poses do for me & etc!
