About Lindsey
I love teaching yoga and have taught for over 5 years. I also have a master's degree in psychology and bring my training and experience to the mat with compassion and integrity. My goal is always to meet my clients where they are and to provide a healthy yoga experience integrating mind, body, heart and spirit. I teach gentle beginner, vinyasa, chair, and restorative yoga styles.
