About Hannah
Hello! I beleive in the transformation of yoga! Through a dedicated practive over the last 16 years, the knowledge I have will help you feel better.
I began teaching years ago, when I knew it was something that I loved! I realize the power it has to heal the body!
I am a yoga certified trainer, I also practice Ashtanga yoga with my teacher for the last 5 years 6 days a week.
