About the lesson

You download the Kanthaka App from our website: (concealed information) Enter the location and date and time you want to train at and swipe through the available trainers at that time and location. You will see their picture, bio, ratings, certifications, etc. Payment goes stright through the App. You can cancel up to three hours in advance free of charge. You can also call us and we help you get started and select the right traiener for your goals (concealed information)

We have clients of all ages from 21 to 83, both female as well as male.

When you are looking to hire a personal trainer, make sure to run a background check for the trainer and also make sure that he is a certified trainer with a degree. Most important part is that the trainer knows what he is doing and has to make sure to motivate you to reach your goals!

Get to know your trainer and then decide if he is the right fit for you!

The corporate wellness program was an amazing experience.

We saw a huge demand for corporations trying to make the work environment more attractive and to incentivize employees to come back to the office.

The project took a whole month and the best part was we got to show and teach how spending everyday in the office can affect your health and how with easy steps, you can change that and improve your health.
