About Tyler

Hi there, my name is Tyler Himes and I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) who specializes in Power Vinyasa yoga. I offer a structured yoga sequence to help improve strength, stability, mobility, and overall fitness. I custom design a plan alongside of you to help meet your goals while getting in a fantastic sweat in the process! I am based in the Philadelphia area but am more than happy to travel to you to help meet your needs!

What gives me the greatest joy is seeing a student hittng a pose that they have been working on for weeks, and the pure elation that comes over them! At Yoga With Tyler, we have these breakthrough moments all the time and it drives me to keep coming back to the mat and improve my teaching for my students!

About the lesson

I sit down with a student and assess what they really want out of their yoga pracitce (stress relief, increased fitness, weight loss, strength building, meditation) and map out a structured plan to get to their goals. I can work with a new student as many times as week as they see fit to meet their aspirations. I can also provide nutritional/meal prep planning as well for an additional fee.
