About Haley
Hi! I help people eat healthier with really easy recipes. All the recipes that I've created (in all 15 books!) are 10 minutes or less, 10 ingredients or less, and cost less than $10 to make. They are all plant based and remarkably easy. I can teach you how to make a dish, or how to plan your week. How to shop at the grocery store, or even what your next step should be to meet your health goals.
I love when people's eyes light up with hope. When people realize that eating healthy doesn't have to be complicated, bland, or frustrating. I can help you be excited about food again, as well as heal your body from the inside out.
I've been a teacher most of my life in one way or another. From directing plays to teaching middle school Language Arts, teaching is in my blood. Teaching people how to make the recipes I had designed happened naturally by starting with friends and family.
I have first been healed of my own diseases and illnesses. I have written 15 books of recipes. I have coached over 4000 people in 13 different countries. I have taughter over 900 classes around the country.

We first correspond to discover how I can help you. I often go to my client's homes and help them gain confidence making these recipes. Sometimes I simply provide them with structure and a plan.
I've worked with people who have serious illnesses like diabetes, crohn's disease, lupus, heart disease and more. I have also worked with people who hadn't yet found a diagnosis but had been sick for years. I've also worked with people who simply aren't living to their full potential and needed help to get there. OR those who are just looking for more options as a vegan or vegetarian. People who have been allergy tested and discover that they have very limited diets come to me to have recipes designed around their needs.
Find someone who is walking the walk. If someone has found healing and success in the long term - and is continuing to learn and discover - this is the person who can help you as well.
