About Taylor

Homlistic Healing is a Hypnotherapy & Private Yoga Practice. As a yoga instructor I focus on providing a personalized yoga experience that meets your body. I’m extremely passionate about foundational yoga and the use of props to help people discover a practice that is theirs. I specialize in creating yoga sequences, playlists, and an experience that aligns with your goals on and off your mat. My expertise in hypnotherapy adds to creative meditation and imagery for an even more relaxed experience in your practice.

I specialize in vinyasa, restorative, yin, and yoga sculpt. I currently teach at Yogasix in Scottsdale and focus on my own practice of yoga to keep students classes fresh and engaging.

As a hypnotherapist I focus on creating guided experiences that help you shift and changed your values and beliefs to align with your current goals. Hypnotherapy is like a guided meditation with specific suggestions to create changes to your long term memory, values, and beliefs.

My goal is to help students become empowered and confident enough to explore their own practice anywhere they go and to help them recapture their joy the same way yoga did for me 10 years ago.

My world cracked open in 2015 when I lost two grandparents and a friend to old age and suicide. I started experiencing out of body panic attacks and debilitating anxiety from grief. I found myself vulnerable and desperate for relief at a yoga class with my mom. Though I had a panic attack in class, I some how was able to sleep a bit more that night. So I went back to yoga, every day, unapologetically with my pain and started seeing a hypnotherapist that started to help me unravel the emotions I was experiencing through grief. After a few years I too wanted to help people recapture the joy in their life that yoga and hypnotherapy gave me. I found myself in a 200 hour training in 2017 and going to school at swiha in Tempe to become a hypnotherapist and the rest is history.

About the lesson

I offer free consultations to all my clients to allow them to ask questions, meet me, and discuss their goals with yoga or hypnotherapy.

I have worked with mostly students that range from the ages of 19-45/50, and people that range from no yoga experience to people that are fully into their yoga practice. I have experience with pregnant yoga and chair yoga as well.

Standard lesson pricing is 100 dollars 1:1 and every person added is an extra 50 dollars. In your personal class you receive customized playlist of music you enjoy, a class customized to your goals, and the utilization of props and essential oils to create a relaxing experience.
