We are a private fitness studio that provides the precision of personalized training and the inspirational motivation that comes with one on one training. At Lift Fitness, we offer training programs for people that want to get the best physique and benefits of an active lifestyle. Our lift training workouts are all carefully planned and designed using cutting-edge sciences to give you a unique and results-driven experience.

We provide our clients with an upscale service that is made up of the most celebrated trainers and instructors in the area. Our personnel live and breathe fitness, and combined with an exclusive and clean environment; you will surely love the ambiance in our fitness studio.

I was a professional dancer and was always big into fitness. I had to stay fit for my many roles and tours. From there, I received my personal training certification to start training on the side when I was dancing in Los Angeles as a side job. I fell in love with fitness and after I hung up my dance shoes, I dove into the world of fitness full force.

About the lesson

When we frst meet a new client, we like to sit down with them and get to know who they are and what goals they are looking to achieve. We have a state of the art body composition scale that tells us exactly where are clients starting point ids at. We are 100% RESULTS DRIVEN. Throughout that first hour we discuss nutrition, a workout plan, and try and seeif we are a good fit for one another. Very casual and we dont try to sell you on anything.

We base our hourly training sessions on a flat rate. If you are able to buy 10 to 20 sessions at a time, we give a discont for paying upfront.
