About Juliana
My name is Juliana, owner of yoga4lifestudios. I have been teaching yoga since 1986, intuitive and deeply connect to the source, healer of mind and body, motivator and awakener.
Certified Hatha, Kundalini, astanga, yin, meditation, Reiki and Thai body worker.
My teaching is ideal for harmonizing the physical, mental and spiritual body, through the teachings of yoga and meditation. Focusing on the flow of breath, steady movement and the feeling of completenessthat can be cultivated to a lasting practice.
My mother introduce me to yoga when I was a teenager.
