About Kayla
I create personalized sessions tailored specifically for each client and their needs/goals!
I love teaching others concepts and methods that they can use on themselves. My goal is to help others become self-healers! I don't want my clients to be dependent upon me or any other coach/therapist. My desire is to enable others to be their own helpers and healers.
I have always had a passion for teaching. I played "school" ever since I was a little girl. When I was 15 I started teaching music lessons, another passion of mine. I have been teaching ever since then!
I have a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy which has largely shaped my passion for holistic and alternative means of therapy. I also have completed an advanced 300 hour yoga teacher training as well as 7 different certifications within the realm of healing arts, such as Theta Healing, sound healing, card readings, quantum healing, and meditation instruction.

We have a lovely chat together where we outline your goals, intentions, and needs. Together we will make a plan, using any and all aspects of my repertoire: yoga instruction, meditation guidance, flexibility training, sound healing, and mindset coaching.
I have worked with students ranging from ages 4-84, coming from all different walks of life.

Details
Due to the highly personalized nature of my sessions, I do not have a standard pricing system. Pricing for sessions will be decided upon once we have discussed and I know how I can best serve you. My distance sessions will be slightly cheaper than if I were to drive to you. My minimum hourly rate is $25.
