About Rosalinda
An avid yogi, I am passionate about sharing yoga with kids and adults. My yoga lessons are tailored to meet the needs of my clients, to achieve their goals. I work one on one to help my clients develop strength and flexibility, while cultivating the mind, body connection. I encorporate breathing techniques and meditation into the yoga sessions.
I am a certified yoga teacher, 200 hour. And have been a yoga practitioner for 16 years. With a knowledge of diverse yoga styles, I incorporated varied styles and disciplines into sessions that are centering, empowering, intentional and purposeful.
