About Shilpi
Because my clients matter... so I give my 100%support and care and knowledge based on facts and experience. I have been doing yoga since I was 8 years old. I help customize and personalize the sequence to help them do the asanas. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher. I am a Master Certified Health Coach. I have participated in state and National level yoga in India. Being a part of the culture whose roots have yoga for me yoga is more than just poses. It's helping a body understand its mind and soul.
