About Christina
I offer private and private group yoga sessions plus teacher niche yoga certification trainings.
I love seeing students achieve their goals. Whether it is improving your balance or losing weight, yoga can help!
I have a 500 credited hour certification in international yoga studies, niche certifications in chair yoga, yoga nidra, energy medicine yoga, neuroscience and yoga plus I am registered with the yoga alliance. I also have a level 1 certification in Reiki.

New students will start with completing a questionnaire regarding their current health level and what they would like to accomplish from taking yoga (ex. relaxation, weight loss, improve balance, etc). From there, we will create a personalized plan to get you there!
