Beginner gentle, restorative mat or chair yoga starting with low-impact cardio warm up.
As a praise singer, I use my own Scripture music and share Scripture verses during the session, or I can use secular music by request.
Great class for seniors too!

Group classes at your location, 35 person max per class. Needs to be in quiet room. $50/person one day/week for 8 weeks. Can be offered as Bible study class. Bring mat and water to drink.
