About Cengiz

I begin teaching after college when I received my bachelors degree in Physical science over seas. I was heavily involved with martial arts throughout school and this carried on into my adult life with competitions. I strived to accumulate certifications that I knew could benefit my clients . I enjoyed helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

I’ve been an international Trainer for 20 years. I was a trainer for the Turkish National Karate Team and they won a European championship under my instruction . Currently I am a TAP team member for LES MILLS international and I travel between the USA and TURKEY giving certifications and educations for new instructors. As well I offer personal training in boxing, strength and conditioning, cardio, core training, Pilates/yoga, martial arts, sports performance training , medical rehabilitation, and small group classes.

About the lesson

With every new client I make sure we discuss all of their goals and health background before we begin training or education. This lets us both collaborate together to make sure we achieve a desired outcome .

I have worked with all age ranges. In Turkey I was a PE teacher and sports teacher. I currently work with ages 18-60. I base trainings off skill level as well as age ability .

Be patient and apply all the time you have extra to this discipline and you will achieve it!

I was recently hired by the Istanbul municipality to organize The International Martin Sports Expo . It was a 4 day event and took a lot of planning and orchestrating. It was something I really enjoyed being in charge of.

My fee is $80 for one on one training per session. I offer a group class setting for $35 per person.
