About Rosy

Rosy Moon Yoga has several areas of expertise that center on Women's Health. I teach prenatal yoga, Mom & Baby yoga, Core Strength classes and offer Birth Preparation workshops and Women's Circles for pregnant women for peer support for the life changing transition to motherhood.

I have been teaching for 16 years throughout the Bay Area and before that in London, England where I apprenticed with R. Alexander Medin at Yoga Place E2 and studied with Carol Ironside in her Active Birth program. I continued my studies in L.A. in Psalm Isadora's Primal Core 200 training , which I then went on to assist and develop.

I am also a trained Life Coach with The Circling Institute and have spent many years training facilitators within the Institute.

About the lesson

I like to find out what a new student needs so that I can tailor the work we do to those needs. Either email or phone can work for this.

Meeting in person is great to determine if the fit is right.

I offer group classes and private instruction. For private instruction I offer class packages which benefit the student by providing a discount on my hourly rate and a structure inside of which to grow with commitment and accountability.

For private instruction the rates are as follows:

2 hours for $250

5 hours for $500

10 hours for $1050

How you choose to break down the timing is up to the student, typically sessions are 1 hour in length, but 90 or 120 minute sessions are also an option.
