About Cheryl
I am a registered yoga teacher 200 hour with additional certification in chair and restorative yoga. My specialties are gentle hatha, chair and yin yoga. I currently work with seniors in an assisted living facility
My specialty is working with seniors. I also love yin yoga because holding poses longer help to stretch and lubricate connective tissue
