About Camille

I teach specialized yoga classes for parents and children.

My kids yoga classes teach yoga through play and story telling, helping children develop their ability to manage emotions, solve conflicts and grow their confidence.

Guidelines for class ages:

YOGA TOTS - 18 months to 5 years

Kids Yoga - 4 years to 12 years

Teen Yoga - 13 years to 18 years

As a certified babywearing consultant and educator I guide caregivers how to safely keep baby close, worn in developmentally appropriate baby carriers, while moving through poses. This time for caregivers benefits both the mind and body, as well as the relationship between infant and caregiver. Babywearing Yoga class is good for babies who like to be worn and are between the ages of newborn to 18 months or so.

I began my journey on the path of yoga. after falling deeply intrigued with yoga at the age of 15, and once 18 began a regular practice in classes at college wth the teacher I would train with several years later. I received an amazingly beautiful teaching on yoga from my mentor Bhavani Girard, and years later have found myself inquisitive of yoga as a deep spiritual path. Yoga is for everyone in small doses or all doses, whatever does the thing you need to make space and spend some time inside.

I am certified as a yoga teacher through a 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved course to teach Yoga classes. I have been certified for over 10 years.

About the lesson

My classes are great for beginners and experienced yogis alike. I will tailor my classes to suit each person providing different variations for poses and checking in with people during class.

Students of all ages from 2 years old to 60+. Beginners and experienced yogis find my classes relaxing and restorative. I teach children’s classes, family classes, babywearing yoga classes and adult yoga classes welcome to people of all skill levels.
