About Ann
I am a certified Yoga Therapist and weave therapeutic yoga throughout all of my classes to create mobility, stability, and strength. I also offer private sessions to assess your specific needs, lead you through a practice and then design a home practice for you. I am also the co-owner of Tula and have 25 other teachers available for other class times and styles. We also offer many styles of yoga (including Aerial Yoga) and movement (Nia, Zumba). All of our classes are drop-in, and donation-based ($5 minimum and $10-$20 suggested payment per class).
Teaching students all the amazing ways they can support themselves and their health. Our bodies and minds are brilliant especially when given just what they need.
